The first tab shows the U.S. map with all Tracts colored according to the Models’ output (Value Appreciation Prediction Tier).
A User can filter the models’ results. By filtering User’s risk appetite, the map presents the areas fit User’s risk appetite only. User can filter other preferences as well.
These filtered areas will also be presented in the ‘Top 50 Tracts’ table.
Tract Data
Choosing an area shows all relevant data on the Tract chosen in the various tabs. A Tract report can also be generated online.
Browsing By Layers
Data on the whole U.S can also be found by browsing the layers.
For example: All transportation projects programmed layer.
